Designed for workspace collaboration, Slack is one of the best messaging platforms available on the internet. The software offers numerous IRC-style features and chat rooms that can be organized using filters.

It operates on the Freemium model, and is the acronym for ‘Searchable Log of All Conversation and Knowledge’. Slack also integrates with third-party services like Google Drive, Zendesk, Dropbox, and Trello.

However, in the last few weeks, users have reported some issues like those on iOS 16 beta getting a ‘Jailbroken device’ message.

Adding to the trouble, many Slack users are now facing a new problem where the app is not showing meeting time in Google and Outlook calendars. Many say they are able to see only the dates, which is really not that useful.

Reports suggest solutions like resetting app settings, reinstalling the app and restarting the phone aren’t helping either.

Some say that the problem is only limited to Android and the Desktop app.

With almost a week passing by since users complained about the bug, many are angry since they are getting late for meetings.

As it turns out, a user allegedly contact Slack developers who said that the meeting time not showing up is a known issue and will be fixed in an update sometime by the end of the month.

We hope Slack developers soon release an update that fixes the issue where meeting time isn’t showing up. If and when they do, we will be updating this space to reflect the same so make sure you stay tuned.
