Founded in 2008 and based out of New York City, SiriusXM is a satellite and online radio service that mainly operates in the United States. Few years ago, the company purchased the music streaming giant Pandora.

With more than 34 million users as of Q4 2021, SiriusXM generated a revenue of somewhere around $6.62 billion.

Apart from offering commercial-free music, the service also lets users listen to sports, news, comedy, and live events. Similar to other music streaming companies, users can tune into the service either via the app or the website.

Having said that, SiriusXM users on Windows are now reporting that the app is showing a blank white screen for the last couple of weeks (1,2,3,4,5). Subscribers say the problem has made the service completely unusable for those on PC.

Many are seemingly angry and wondering what they can do to fix it since generic troubleshooting solutions such as uninstalling and reinstalling the app and resetting Windows Store settings do not seem to make any difference.

You can see in the image below what the white blank screen looks like when Windows users launch the SiriusXM desktop app.

Thankfully, after numerous subscribers complained about the blank white screen issue, SiriusXM Help shed some light on the matter and said the developers are investigating the issue.

However, they did not share any ETA of when it will be fixed.

We hope they soon release an update that resolves the blank white screen issue. Until then, we will be keeping an eye out for more information and let you know once the developers fix the problem so stay tuned to PiunikaWeb.
