Namita Thapar is passionate about enhancing women’s health in India and promoting youth entrepreneurship. During the Covid pandemic, she launched a special YouTube talk show on women’s health known as Uncondition Yourself with Namita which pursuits to furnish real facts and wreck stigmas and taboos related with women’s health. She leads Incredible Ventures Ltd, an training corporation that teaches entrepreneurship to 11 -18 year olds.
She is a recipient of a number of prestigious corporate awards such as The Economic Times ‘40 under Forty’ award, Barclays Hurun Next Gen Leader recognition, Economic Times 2017 Women Ahead List, World Women Leadership Congress Super Achiever award.
She serves as a Board Member on the India Regional Advisory Board of Fuqua School of Business, as a trustee on TiE Mumbai Board of Trustees, and is also an energetic member of Young Presidents Organization.
