The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) allegedly made a witness in the case sing a blank panchnama’ in the newest twist in the cruise ship drug case involving Shah Rukh Khan’s son, Aryan Khan. Sanjay Raut, the leader of the Shiv Sena, even stated in a tweet that Aryan’s superstar father, Shah Rukh Khan, may have been asked for a large ransom. He wrote in his tweet, “The fact that a witness in the #AryanKhan case was forced to sign a blank paper by NCB is alarming. There are also claims that there was a large sum of money (sic) involved.”
Raut further claimed that the entire case was a ruse to discredit the state. He said, “The cases were manufactured to malign Mah’shtra, according to CM UddhavThackeray. @Dwalsepatil, it appears to be coming true. Suo moto cognizance by the police is required.” According to rumors circulating on social media, the Bollywood celebrity has been requested to pay significant sums of money totaling crores of rupees. However, there has been no confirmation of whether or not these statements are accurate. According to NDTV, Sail overheard Gosavi telling a man named Sam D’Souza, “you planted a bomb worth Rs 25 crores, let’s settle for Rs 18 crore.” Wankhede was allegedly to receive Rs 8 crore from the total sum.
Prabhakar Sail, a KP Gosavi aide, claimed in an IndiaToday report that the central agency forced him to sign blank panchnama paperwork and that his signature was taken on as many as ten blank papers. Gosavi, who is currently on the run, is one of the case’s independent witnesses. Sail stated in a written document that he was there during the cruise raid. Sail told the television station that he was forced to sign blank papers as panchnama while accompanying Gosavi on the night of the raid. He also stated that he was unaware of the purported narcotics seizure on the cruise ship.
Meanwhile, Digvijaya Singh, a prominent Congress official from Madhya Pradesh, claims that Aryan is being victimized just because he is the son of a Bollywood superstar. “It’s unfortunate that Shah Rukh’s son is being singled out for being his son. What offense has he committed? He was accompanied by someone who had 5 grams of cocaine on him!! What about the tens of thousands of pounds of heroin captured at Mundra Port? What is Kuldeep Singh’s name? Would the NCB and now the NIA, which are probing this case, kindly inform us? “In a tweet, Digvijaya Singh said.
On the other hand, NCP Maharashtra unit chief and state minister Jayant Patil lent his support to party colleague Nawab Malik, saying that his claims that NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede’s drug bust is a “false case” may not be far from the truth because he may have some concrete evidence against him.
“Nawab Malik may have concrete proof against NCB’s Sameer Wankhede, but he would not speak out against him unless he has it. In the near future, a clear image would emerge “In response to a query, Patil told media in Palghar on Friday. Malik has been criticizing Wankhede, who oversaw a raid, during the last two days. The NCP leader had previously referred to the officer as “bogus” and stated that if “evidence” against him is released, he will be unable to work for the government for even a single day.
