The Bombay High Court has granted Aryan Khan bail after more than three weeks in custody. Shah Rukh Khan’s 23-year-old son has been detained since October 3, hours after drugs raids on a cruise ship party.
Aryan Khan has already been denied bail on two occasions.
Since October 8, Aryan Khan has been imprisoned. On October 2, the NCB conducted drug raids on a cruise ship party, and he was arrested. Aryan Khan has already been rejected bail twice. He knew about charas placed in his companion Arbaaz Merchant’s shoe, according to the special anti-drugs court that denied him bail last week, and this amounted to “conscious possession.” Arbaaz Merchant, Aryan, and 18 others were also detained.
After hearing the arguments for three days, the Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha. Tomorrow, the complete order will be given. As the day comes closer, Aryan khan may get released from jail by tomorrow or by Saturday. And finally, after his release both the parents are happy and they will likely celebrate this Diwali with their child. Chances were slim as Aryan was kept in jail for 23 days and finally will be released.
