Canada-based gangster Satinderjit Singh, aka Goldy Brar who planned the murder of Punjabi singer, Sidhu Moose Wala– has gone underground after several rival gangs seek him.
Recently, two people who look similar to Goldy Brar were attacked by a rival gang in Canada. They were beaten and their lives were spared after knowing their mistaken identity.
“Security agencies say they have obtained a video of the attack. NDTV, which has access to the video, cannot independently verify the location where it was shot. The video which shows some people beating up a man, insisting that he is Goldy Brar,” a source as per NDTV.
Goldy Brar had been untraceable since the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala in May. Many of his cellphone numbers are switched off and all contact with his gang has completed stopped.
To ensure that rival gangs do not succeed, two Goldy Brar lookalikes have been put in place to run gang operations.
Security agencies said that they are on the trail of Goldy Brar.
Goldy Brar through his Facebook posts claims the responsibility for assassinating Moose Wala. In one post, he claimed that the assassination was done in retaliation to the murder of youth Akali leader Vicky Middukhera, which had taken place last year.
