Smart Monitor M8 can be pre-ordered from June 3 to June 9, 2022, on Samsung’s official online store Samsung Shop. Consumers can reserve the Smart Monitor M8 for Rs 3,000 and receive a Rs 5,000 coupon to use at the time of purchase. Customers will also receive a free pair of Galaxy Buds2 as well as a wireless keyboard.
In addition, if you buy the monitor on June 10 during the Samsung Live event, you’ll get an extra Rs 3000 discount, as well as vouchers from The Body Shop and Make My Trip.
Samsung Smart Monitor M8 specifications
Samsung Smart Monitor M8 has a brightness range of up to 400 nits and supports 99 percent of the sRGB colour gamut. According to Samsung, users will be able to operate SmartThings compatible devices and monitor their smart home gadgets via the SmartThings app. A detachable magnetic SlimFit Cam with Face Tracking and Auto Zoom functions to track and capture a single speaker is included to assist make your remote work. Apps like Google Duo and others are supported by the monitor. The Samsung smart monitor M8 can also be operated remotely and can run Microsoft 365 services, and work seamlessly with Samsung mobile devices using Samsung DeX. It even includes a wireless remote control for easy access to your favourite entertainment.
It contains a USB-C port for connecting to a PC, a Micro HDMI port, a second USB-C port, Bluetooth 4.2, and Wi-Fi 5. The monitor is thinner than the existing Samsung Smart Monitor M7 model, with a thickness of 11.4mm.
