Recently, a new series of flagship smartphones — Samsung Galaxy S22 — was launched. The phones are in the pre-order stage.
However, Samsung’s website through which users can pre-order smartphones is currently down or not working, preventing thousands of interested users from completing their purchase (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6).
Samsung Galaxy S22 pre-order website down or not working
The problem has been affecting many potential buyers for several hours according to reports. It appears that the Samsung Galaxy S22 pre-order website has been down for at least half a day.
Even I tried to Pre-order the S22 Ultra and it just reset itself and erased everything I had in the cart.
Disappointed. Source
Samsung is already aware
The Samsung team is already aware of the website down issue and they are currently working on solving it, but there is no ETA for that yet.
The large number of reports related to the crash of the Samsung website are also reflected in the downdetector platform.
The exact reason for the issue is not known. There is a possibility that the Galaxy S22 series is drawing more interest than Samsung initially thought, but this is just speculation.
We will update this story as soon as new updates related to the matter become available.
